      Obituary
      Richard “Mr. Dickie” Arcement. 79, a retired tug and supply boat captain who has made his home in Lakehills since 1989,  passed away in his Lakehills home in on March 16 following a lengthy illness.
      Captain Dickie was born Sept. 7, 1934, in Morgan City, La., the fifth child of a family that grew to 10 children.  
      He is survived by his wife Nancy Biggers Arcement of Lakehills; his sisters Patricia Guidry of Mobile, Ala., Peggy Herbert of San Antonio, Martha McCool of Philadelphia, Miss., and Susan Welch of Vinton, La.; and brother Ned Arcement of San Antonio.  He was preceded in death by his parents Maggie and Dewey Arcement, Sr.; his brothers Larry and Dewey Arcement, Jr.; half brother Kenenth Dunnagan; and sister Caroylyn.
      A memorial service is planned at the Lakehills Library on April 4 at 2 p.m., officiated by Mr. Wayne Mikkelson. Refreshments will be served.
