To two sons Joseph and Jeremiah Briggs and child my wife is now bigg with, if a son all remainder of my farm of 120 acres. Bounded east by Israel Shaw, west by the land given to William Briggs and partly by 8 acres of the orchard. north by the 8 rod highway and south by the sea and salt marsh. But if not a son then between said Joseph and Jeremiah. To daughter Deborah 50 pds. To the child if a daughter 50 pds. My eldest son to be put out at a trade.
